Anda suka update status anda? Kalau ya, maksudnya anda suka Twitter. Anda sukakanya, tapi, yang jadi satu masalah, anda kena buka satu lagi ruangan baru/tab untuk buka Twitter anda. Kini, tidak lagi. Dengan Chromed Bird, anda boleh buka Twitter anda, baca update rakan anda, update status anda sendiri tanpa membuka ruangan baru untuk aplikasi Twitter. Chromed Bird adalah satu extension daripada Google Chrome yang menawarkan kemudahan kepada pengguna Twitter dimana, ia akan dipasang dalam pelayar Chrome anda. Hi. Apa khabar,geek sekalian. Kali ini, saya ingin berkongsi satu maklumat kepada yang sukakan kelajuan kepada komputer anda. Jika anda lihat gambar di atas, adalah Operating System (OS) yang dihasilkan oleh Google dan Chromium Project juga kenali sebagai Google Chrome.

Ya, sebelum ini, kita cuma tahu, Google Chrome hanyalah software untuk melayari Internet dan terkenal dengan kepantasan membuat pencarian laman dan sebagainya. Susulan dengan kejayaan Google Chrome, syarikat Google, berhasrat untuk mencipta OS sendiri. Tapi, difahamkan bahawa, OS ini difokuskan kepada netbook dan peranti yang kecil. Betul la jugak, netbook tu kecik, ringan, mungkin Google saja nak buat macam ini..hehe. Oklah, setakat ini sahaja, jadi tunggu la berita daripada Google untuk perkembangan seterusnya.

Recently, I got one visitor who is unidentified wrote in my comment box. I don't want to elaborate what he/she wrote at there. But what I can tell you, seem that visitor want to make me down and mocking me. OK, I want to explain at here, ALL topics I posted in this blog are recommendation and the purpose I created this blog is to provide some informations for those who don't know much in computer and technology related to computer. Those who already EXPERT in computer stuffs, WELL DONE to you and I wish that we can help each other to provide, fix and advise the peoples around us if their asking. I don't want this blog to be a site for you all criticize excessively just because the informations in here, you are already knew. So, give chance to people who didn't know much in technology world. If they see such of critics, how they want to learn and they will put a bad perspective to me. ADVISE TO BUY NEW COMPUTER (CONTINUED)

Ok, sorry for the few days delay. I'm kinda busy with my computers at home. OK, I continue with the video card. To get the best video card, make sure it is got much video memory example 512MB for minimum and as usual, choose the stable brand like Nvidia and ATI. These brands satisfied the users till now, especially for gamers and graphic designer. As for the OS (Operating System), you can choose the suitable one for you. For those who do minimal tasking like watch videos, pictures and so on, Windows(R) XP is the best one. Vibrant, designable, and elegant person can use Windows(R) Vista, because from the interface, it look awesome and got many widgets to try. ADVISE FOR BUYING NEW COMPUTER

hello, computer hard fans, this time, I want to share with you all some of my knowledge about buying a new computer whether laptop or desktop PC. OK, first of all, I sure, you must observed for the processor, right? When seeking for a PROCESSOR, make sure:

1. It is WELL-KNOWN and got STABLE PERFORMANCE eg.Intel(R) and AMD(R). These processors got their special performance to provide better services for users. OK, I got fact at here. I heard that many people even my friends said AMD(R)'s processors can heat up very fast and over-heat some more. actually, this fact is NOT TRUE AT ALL. I want to ask you, do you check the temperature on those processors, which is more hotter? if NO, then don't make false statement about that. I knew, or all of you knew that Intel(R) is No.1 processor provider in the world, but doesn't mean that AMD which is second class is not good. 2.MOTHERBOARD/MAIN BOARD
Motherboard is a platform for you to put all the hardwares like RAM, video card, CPU, as so on as it can fit any slots on the board. OK, if you seeking the good mainboard, make sure it is also WELL-KNOWN and LONG LASTING. Example of mainboard are Intel, Asus, Gigabyte and MSI. The low-grade of mainboard may affects your computer performance, eventhough you have the best CPU as well as your capacity of RAM.

3.RAM
I heard before that, if we got large capacity of RAM, eg 2GB, the performance of computer is better. haha. Actually, it is correct but not all. the purpose of RAM actually to keep and load your OS system. what I can say, it is used related to your OS in BIOS system. the TRUE performance of computer depends on your PROCESSORS actually. the better of your processor, the better your computer will run.

OK, till here now. later, I will continue with video card segment and so on. Thanks.

WINDOWS FLIP FOR NON-VISTA USER

hi. it's me again. first of all, I want to ask, who have Windows Vista at home? If you have it, I sure that you must be familiar with Windows Flip. By the way, what is the Windows Flip? Windows Flip is one of the Microsoft's special application to ease Vista's users managing their messy lousy windows. Example like this:

OK, the picture above there is a samples of Windows Flip. However, this application, only have in Windows Vista(TM). From my experience because I also have a Windows Vista(TM) at home, it is easing the user. Now, you don't have to worry about how to get this such of application. Thanks to WinFlip. BEWARE OF CHAIN LETTER!!

Maybe you always received various email from unknown sender or forwarded email. Do you know, that type of email called Chain Letter. This type of email can threatening your computer security. So, with the courtesy of MyCERT,another service by Cyber Security Malaysia, I got this info and I want to share with you all. Hope after this, you will be more aware.
Chain Letter

1.0 Definition

Chain letters are malicious letters sent in a chain from users to users. The contents of the chain letters could be of a threat or sympathy. Chain letter is considered as a big problem, as it wastes users' time and network space/disk. Chain letters always give promising good luck to those who continue the chain. Most of the file is headers from forwarded messages.

2.0 How To Detect A Chain Letter

Chain letters all have a similar element such as follows:

A Hook

A hook is to catch your interest and get you to read the rest of the letter. Hooks used to be "Make Money Fast" or "Get Rich" or similar statements related to making money for little or no work. Electronic chain letters also use the "free money" type of hooks, but have added hooks like "Danger!" and "Virus Alert" or "A Little Girl Is Dying". These tie into our fear for the survival of our computers or into our sympathy for some poor unfortunate person.

A Threat

A threat warns you about the terrible things that will happen if you do not maintain the chain. However, others play on greed or sympathy to get you to pass the letter on. The threat often contains official or technical sounding language to get you to believe it is real.

A Request

A traditional request is usually in the form of asking you to mail a dollar to the top ten names on the letter and then pass it on. The electronic request simply admonishes you to "Distribute this letter to as many people as possible." They never mention clogging the Internet or the fact that the message is a fake, they only want you to pass it on to others.

Chain letters usually do not have the name and contact information of the original sender so it is impossible to check on its authenticity. Legitimate warnings and solicitations will always have complete contact information from the person sending the message and will often be signed with a cryptographic signature, such as PGP to assure its authenticity.

3.0 Example of Chain Letters:

You have been sent a blessing. Those who have followed the instructions on this letter have received good fortune, as you will. The rewards of this letter supercede the promises of all other letters you may have received.

This is the final chain-letter you will ever send. It's instructions are simple, to receive the fortune that has graced those who have received this before you follow these steps.

4.0 What to Do if You Receive Chain Letters?

If you receive a chain letter in your e-mail, delete it.

Make report to the abuse department of your ISP for further investigation. Attach the chain letter you received together with your complaint.

Do not send or circulate it to your friends and relatives because you will be clogging up the network. In addition, you lend your and your company's reputation to the message, making it appear to be authentic even when that is not the case. Hit the delete button instead and put that message where it belongs.

REGARDING WINDOWS LIVE MESSENGER DISCONNECTION

ok, for the past few months, I always got report among my friends that their Windows Live Messenger (WLM) always been disconnected suddenly. for the mean time, I also figuring the causes and solution about this problem. Ok, as a rookie,what I can say, got 2 possibility causes. First, maybe your internet connection/line not so good. This cause maybe affect to USB Broadband user that were provided by mobile telco.

But, I cannot say 100 percent the problem came from that modem, maybe you're out from coverage, because using USB Broadband same as like using handphone. if you're far from the coverage, the less line reception u get. For the homeline user like Streamyx, didn't have much problem unless ISP got their cable difficulty. Secondly, the problem maybe came from the messenger platform itself. Maybe it is not stable. FYI, I've checked many time the MSN Service Status and it stated all connection are stable. So, it is obvious that the difficulty came from the messenger. But, I still cannot blame the problem to the messenger. All the problem you having, can forward to Microsoft. If you can't stand this problem anymore, you can use web instant messenger. For the list which web messenger you can use, catch out for my next post. Thank you.

NEW 3G iPOD SHUFFLE

Hi. Today, I want to share a new model music player from Apple that is iPOD SHuffle 3rd Generation. For the past few years, Apple have already developed 2 generation of iPOD Shuffle. For the first one, it looked like stick and got USB port for easier music synchronizing.

Then, come the second generation of iPOD Shuffle. It's small and sleek. Come in many colors. Anyway, the function still same as first gen, but it do not have the USB. You need to use a dock to charge and sync your music into iPOD. Kinda leceh for u rite? but there must be a reason why Apple did like that.
This year, Apple launched a 3rd generation of iPOD Shuffle. This model, WOW!. It's really "smart", u know. for the past few years, users din noe much what the songs are playing on their iPOD, and this new model, will TELL you, what songs are playing now. it's that awesome? it came in two colors, Black and White, and it's tiny, school-eraser sized. KAZAM!!, its me again, SAL. ok,today, I want to share another instant messenger created by Microsoft, which is Windows Live Messenger. As we knew, WLM has operated for many years, providing their users a new world to online chatting with people around the world. Till now, they still develop a new messenger seiring(one way) the year. So, I want to introduce to you, Windows Live Messenger 9. Why it is 9? because, it is released on year 2009.

for your information, last year, I became one of their public Beta Tester. what I can say, there is much different for the past and present. I think the latest one is much cool and stable. Ok, what do we have in WLM 9? Ok,you can change the background skin to designable theme, or you can create by yourself, maybe you can put your own pic as your skin.. You also can assigned your own ringtone for incoming message, incoming chatters and so on. as for me, if someone appear online, i assigned it to Chinese song sung by JJ Lin. cool huh? ok, for the display pic, you can put animated pic, or you can create your own display pic by webcam. WOW! haha..ok the last one, you can keep updated what do your contacts do for past few days in status reel. maybe, im not explaining much at here, summore, its complicated with my broken english. btw, im trying to improve my english day by day. so, i put some preview at here. so, don't left out to try it ok? you can download the messenger on Microsoft(R) website.thank u..

kazamm! it's me again. ok, today, I want to share something to all of you. Do ever need a convertor which u needed to convert your file from AVI to MPEG, or FLV to MP3, BUT, you didn't find the suitable one PLUS maybe you need to purchase/do a trial only? nahh, get lost with that. now, KAZAM! again, say thank you to Format Factory. Format Factory is a software which can convert any file in this world, into any format do you want, such as PDF, JPEG, MP3, MPEG-4 even it can change its format for your portable media such as PSP, Ipod and so on. i tell you guys, i got this gadget in my computer, and I give 2 THUMBS UP!!. Hows that yaww? ok, to operate this stuff, you just add a raw file adn choose the various format you want to convert the file, but MAKE SURE, use a suitable format, if the raw file is an audio at first, then, u should convert it to audio only. Jangan pulak tiba2 dari audio ke gambar pulak. haha, speaking Malay at here. what i can say, its bilingual in here. ok, i give a preview about this gadget, and I hope, you will have one in your computer. anda pernah terfikir, komputer anda "bersepah" dengan internet history, cache, file2 yg tak guna atau sistem daftar (registy)? pastu, korang adalah yg agak malas untuk kemaskan/padam satu perkara yang saya sebutkan di atas? DAH! tak payah risau. saya ada penyelesaian untuk semau masalah tu. Gunala CCleaner. apa benda alah ni? ok, CCleaner ni satu aplikasi sistem komputer dimana, hanya satu klik, semua internet history, file2 yang empty, tak guna dan sebagainya akan dipadamkan dan mengembalikan sejumlah ruangan memori untuk anda.
"takutlah nak guna, nanti fail2 penting terpadam kat komputer ni, habis la saya" anda berperasaan mcm tu? JANGAN RISAU. penggunaan sistem ini, SAMA SEKALI TIDAK akan menggangu/menyentuh fail2 penting anda, melainkan anda dah DELETE fail2 tersebut sebelum klik butang pada CCleaner. kalau macam tu, saya takleh tolong la. Sebaiknya, check dulu Recycle Bin anda sebelum menggunakan CCleaner. yelah, mana tau, korang terdelete fail. lepas install ni, anda boleh "checkbox" kan opsyen yang mana anda mahu CCleaner bereskan untuk anda. Saya jamin, software ni, mampu menyihatkan kembali tubuh badan komputer anda, dengan menyediakan ruangan HDD kembali, yang selama ini anda tidak tau, fail2 yg tak berguna ni, telah menyemakkan komputer anda. ok, anda boleh lihat screenshot produk ini, dan jika anda mahu, boleh la melayari di laman web Cnet.com. terima kasih
