To get the best video card, make sure it is got much video memory example 512MB for minimum and as usual, choose the stable brand like Nvidia and ATI. These brands satisfied the users till now, especially for gamers and graphic designer. As for the OS (Operating System), you can choose the suitable one for you. For those who do minimal tasking like watch videos, pictures and so on, Windows(R) XP is the best one. Vibrant, designable, and elegant person can use Windows(R) Vista, because from the interface, it look awesome and got many widgets to try.
